Onkar, Hari and Kiyoka’s weekly Kundalini Yoga and Meditations are included in 40 Day Rituals memberships, and take place on Mondays at 4:00 pm, Thursdays at 6:00 pm, and Fridays at 9:30 am - Pacific Time Zone.

✨ Karina will be subbing for Kiyoka while she is visiting Japan from 9/26 - 10/24. Karina is a certified Reiki Master and KY instructor. Studying under Gurmukh at Golden Bridge. She brings commitment and lightness to her classes. Born into a family of healers in Brazil, Karina has spent many years forging her own unique wellness offerings.
