Stillness: A Kundalini Meditation Immersion
What could 5 weekends of deep meditation open within you?
November 6 - December 13
Austin, TX • Sunshine Haus • Module 1
Perhaps you’ve experienced it before.
A moment in meditation when the mind grows quieter. When something you’ve been carrying begins to soften. When an emotion moves, a new understanding emerges, or you feel a little more connected to yourself.
And perhaps you’ve wondered what else might become possible if you gave yourself more time to explore.
Stillness is an invitation to find out.
Over five immersive weekends, we’ll move beyond the familiar rhythm of a weekly class and into a deeper experience of Kundalini meditation.
Through extended meditation, mantra, breathwork, kriya, and rebirthing practices, we’ll create space to explore the mind, move with what arises in the body and heart, and deepen our connection with ourselves and the lives we’re living.
A journey of curiosity, discovery, releasing, and remembering.
Cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself
There is so much of our inner experience that can go unnoticed as we move through everyday life.
The thoughts that shape our perceptions. The emotions we carry in the body. The familiar patterns that influence our reactions, relationships, and choices.
And alongside all of this, there is our capacity for joy, connection, creativity, intuition, and the simple experience of being fully here.
Meditation offers us an opportunity to become more intimate with it all.
Stillness was created to give that exploration more time.
Time to move beyond the first layers of practice. To explore what arises when we sit a little longer, breathe a little deeper, and become curious about the movements of our own minds.
The practices we’ll explore
Extended Kundalini Meditation
Experience what can begin to unfold when meditation is given more time—moving beyond the first few minutes and allowing yourself to stay, observe, listen, and experience. Engage the body through movement, breathwork, mantra, mudra, and intention.
Kundalini Rebirthing
Enter longer meditative experiences that create space for emotion, memory, patterns, and held energy to arise, move, and transform through practice.
Stillness + Silence
Spend intentional periods with fewer external inputs, creating space to listen beneath habitual thought and become more intimate with your inner experience.
Embodied Inquiry + Integration
Bring curiosity to what happens within practice—and explore how those discoveries might move with you into relationships, choices, communication, and everyday life.

The Kundalini Yoga Approach to Meditation
Meditation within Kundalini Yoga can take many forms.
Some practices invite us into stillness and silence. Others engage the body through movement, breath, mantra, mudra, rhythm, and focused attention.
We may sit quietly and observe the movements of the mind, or immerse ourselves in a practice that asks us to remain present through sensation, repetition, emotion, or intensity.
Each offers a different doorway into awareness.
Within the Kundalini Yoga tradition, meditation is a way of cultivating a conscious relationship with the mind. Rather than trying to stop thought or control every aspect of our inner experience, we practice noticing what arises, recognizing familiar patterns, and developing our capacity to respond with greater awareness.
Through these practices, we may begin to experience the space between our thoughts and the awareness that notices them. We may recognize the ways our minds shape perception, emotion, and behavior, while also discovering moments of clarity, presence, and deeper connection.
At the heart of this exploration is the possibility of remembering our Sat Nam—our true identity, the essential nature of who we are.
Stillness offers the time to explore these teachings through direct experience, allowing the practice itself to become a place of discovery, releasing, and remembering.
