A journey into practice, discovery, and connection
We are so excited to welcome you into 10 weekends of exploration, learning, and community!
Our 200-Hour Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teacher Training is a journey into the practice, philosophy, and lived experience of Kundalini Yoga—lovingly created for those who feel curious to explore, inspired to deepen their practice, or called to share these teachings with others.
Together, we'll begin with the foundations and gradually build upon them, exploring the many dimensions of Kundalini Yoga through kriya, meditation, breathwork, mantra, mudra, movement, yogic philosophy, physical and energetic anatomy, self-reflection, and the art of teaching.
Along the way, you'll have space to experience the practices from with, to feel how they move through the body, influence the mind, invite new awareness, and begin to shape the way you meet yourself, your relationships, and everyday life.
Throughout the training, we’ll explore:
Kundalini Yoga Kriyas + Meditation
Discover the intention, structure, and experience of Kundalini Yoga practices, exploring how different kriyas and meditations work with the body, breath, energy, and mind while developing a meaningful personal practice.
Pranayama + the Power of Breath
Explore the art and science of conscious breathing, from foundational techniques to the diverse pranayama practices of Kundalini Yoga. Discover how breath influences the nervous system, energy, attention, and emotional experience, and how working intentionally with the breath can become a powerful pathway into meditation, self-awareness, and connection.
Yogic Philosophy + the Roots of the Practice
Journey into the philosophical foundations, history, and teachings of yoga, exploring their meaning, evolution, and relevance to how we practice, relate to ourselves, and move through everyday life.
Yogic Anatomy + the Subtle Body
Explore the chakras, nadis, prana, and energetic frameworks of the yogic tradition, developing an understanding of how these teachings inform Kundalini Yoga practices and invite us to explore dimensions of experience beyond the physical body.
Mantra, Naad + the Yoga of Sound
Journey into the rich tradition of sacred sound, exploring the meaning, pronunciation, rhythm, and vibration of mantra within Kundalini Yoga. Experience the meditative power of chanting, listening, and silence, and discover how mantra can influence attention, deepen inner awareness, open the heart, and cultivate a meaningful relationship with sound and your own voice.
The Mind + Meditation
Deepen your understanding of the mind through yogic teachings and direct meditative experience, exploring awareness, habitual patterns, the conscious and subconscious mind, and how meditation can support greater discernment, presence, and conscious response.
Mudra + Movement
Explore the language of the body through intentional movement, posture, and the symbolic gestures of mudra. Discover how these elements work alongside breath, mantra, and meditation to guide attention, support embodied awareness, and deepen the experience of Kundalini Yoga.
The Physical Body + Nervous System
Explore functional anatomy, physiology, and the relationship between movement, breath, sensation, and the nervous system, developing a deeper understanding of how to practice and guide yoga with awareness, adaptability, and care.
Sequencing, Cueing + Facilitation
Learn how to understand and guide Kundalini Yoga kriyas and meditations, communicate clear and supportive instructions, offer meaningful modifications, and create intentional experiences that honor both the teachings and the individuals in the room.
Inclusive Teaching Principles
Explore how language, choice, pacing, consent, and awareness of individual experiences can help create supportive learning environments where students feel empowered to listen to their bodies and participate in ways that honor their needs.
The Art of Holding Space
Cultivate the presence, sensitivity, and self-awareness involved in guiding others, exploring how authentic connection, attentive listening, thoughtful communication, and compassionate leadership shape the experience of practicing together.
Practice Teaching + Integration
Bring your learning into lived experience through guided practice, peer teaching, reflection, and supportive feedback, gradually developing your confidence, refining your communication, and discovering your own authentic voice as a facilitator.
