Onkar and Hari Simran and now Kiyoka’s weekly Kundalini Yoga and Meditations are included in 40 Day Rituals memberships, and take place on Mondays at 9:30 am, Tuesdays at 4:00 pm, Wednesdays at 6:00 pm, and Fridays at 9:30 am.
