This month is calling us into balance. To create symmetry within the body and hemispheres of the brain using the Nadi system, Ida- left side- feminine- right brain and Pingala - right side- masculine- left brain, through pranayama and movement. The body is an intricate landscape of energy channels, as we learn to become aware of how they work we can heal and balance our moods and emotions.
