Meet the House Of Onkar Team

Yoga brings people together in the most beautiful ways. Hari Simran and Onkar met in 2014 while teaching and working at Golden Bridge Yoga and have been connected as sisters ever since. The inspiration they both share for teaching, serving and creating community developed an even stronger bond between them. It is with compassion and full hearts that the work they do together serves and inspires self awareness for true and authentic healing. In our many years of personal practice using Kundalini Yoga and Ayurveda, these sister sciences have proven the most profound, inspirational and practical tools for us and for many people we have had the honor to serve and support.

40 Day Rituals was created from a deep knowing and understating that life can be simple, prosperous and joyful all at the same time. Even with all the tools we have to ease any discomfort in life, it takes commitment to keep up, to develop self awareness and to see it through.
