This journey is both educational and deeply embodied, giving you space to learn, practice, reflect, and truly feel the teachings in your own body.
Each gathering is an invitation to connect more intimately with your breath, your energy, your intuition, and your inner wisdom, while being held in a supportive community of shared practice and exploration.
Week 1
July 24 - 26Philosophy, Anatomy & Kriya
Explore the sacred foundations of Kundalini Yoga through philosophy, history, yogic anatomy, and subtle body teachings.
Learn the structure and intention behind kriyas and begin to experience these practices as powerful tools for awakening awareness and aligning body, mind, and spirit.
Week 2
July 31 - August 2Breathwork & Bandhas
Discover the transformative power of the breath as a bridge between body, mind, and consciousness.
Explore breathing techniques and energetic locks/bandhas, and their effects on balance, clarity, vitality, and your connection to the life force within.
Week 3
August 7 - 9Mantra & Mudras
Explore the meaning and intention behind Kundalini mantras, awaken the power of sound and vibration, and discover the subtle effects of sacred hand gestures.
Through mantra and mudra, you’ll experience how the voice, hands, & heart can support focus, healing, connection, & transformation.
Week 4
August 14 - 16Meditation & The Ten Light Bodies
Journey inward through meditation and explore the subtle layers of your being.
Learn about the Ten Light Bodies as a map of your multidimensional self, expanding your awareness and deepening your relationship with your inner world and intuitive wisdom.

Meet Your Instructors
Onkar
Onkar is an E-RYT 500-hour Yoga Alliance certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, healer, and meditative counselor with over 18 years of teaching experience and 20 years of dedicated practice. She has lived and taught in Colorado and Los Angeles, taught throughout the U.S., and now makes her home in Austin.
With more than 2,200 hours dedicated to teaching, mentoring, and leading trainings and retreats, she brings both depth and accessibility to the practice of Kundalini Yoga. Onkar is known for her approachable methods, her transformative 1:1 mentorships, and her ability to guide students into profound healing of mind, body, and soul. She is also a frequent contributor to mainstream publications and wellness brands, where her love for teaching and meditation shines through her nurturing and compassionate approach.
Bre
Bre is a 500-hour certified Kundalini Yoga teacher with over 15 years of dedicated personal practice and study. Her path is rooted in devotion to breath, awareness, and embodied self-inquiry. She began teaching yoga in 2015, with a foundation in vinyasa, and has been teaching Kundalini Yoga since 2021. She has pursued advanced studies in Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, and continues her education through Kundalini Rebirthing, Ayurveda, and Kundalini Dance. Bre is also a trauma-informed Kundalini Yoga facilitator, certified through Yoga Farm Ithaca, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health from Texas A&M University, bridging her understanding of the body with her spiritual and experiential studies.
Bre completed Onkar’s 80-hour Kundalini Yoga teacher training and continues to deepen her path through mentorship and collaboration with her, now supporting as a co-facilitator in the 200-hour and 80-hour trainings.
