Five immersive weekends to witness more clearly, listen more deeply, and cultivate a steadier, more conscious relationship with your inner experience.
Lovingly created for anyone who feels called to:
Go deeper into meditation and the inner landscape of the mind
Meet old patterns and stories with greater awareness, curiosity, and compassion
Feel more at home within their body, mind, and lived experience
Create space between what arises and how they choose to respond
Loosen what no longer feels true, supportive, or necessary
Reconnect with the inner steadiness, discernment, and possibility already within them
Let meditation become something they live—carrying the meditative mind beyond practice and into everyday life
This immersion is designed to meet you where you are and support your next layer of growth, expansion, and awareness.

Level 2: Stillness, The Neutral Mind (Part I)
Five weekends devoted to learning to see the mind, recognize what shapes our experience, and create space for what we discover to integrate.
FALL 2026 | OCT 16 - NOV 22I Observe
Can I notice the movements of my mind as they unfold?
We begin by exploring the nature of the mind, the Three Functional Minds, and the relationship between thought, awareness, and consciousness.
Through meditation and experiential inquiry, we practice noticing the movements of the mind as they unfold—without immediately needing to interpret, change, or respond to what we find.
I Recognize
What is shaping the way I experience this moment?
As observation deepens, we begin to recognize the patterns and influences shaping our experience—sensation, emotion, nervous system state, memory, conditioning, perception, and projection.
Through embodied practice and self-inquiry, we explore what belongs to the present moment, what may be carried into it, and where greater awareness can create space for choice.
I Digest
Can I allow experience to settle without reaching for more?
Rather than immediately reaching for the next teaching, insight, or experience, we create space for what has already been practiced, felt, and discovered to settle more deeply.
Through meditation, rest, reflection, stillness, everyday presence, and continued practice, we explore what unfolds when we allow ourselves time to integrate.
Level 2: Stillness, The Neutral Mind (Part II)
Four weekends devoted to deepening into sustained presence, listening, discernment, and the practice of living the meditative mind.
Winter 2027 | Feb 5 - 22I Stay
What becomes visible when I remain?
Having practiced observing and recognizing the movements of the mind, we now explore what happens when we remain with our experience a little longer.
Through sustained meditation, stillness, and continued exploration of the Negative, Positive, and Neutral Minds, we meet habit, restlessness, resistance, and reaction with presence—allowing what may have once moved quickly beneath awareness to become more visible
I Listen
What becomes available when I become quiet enough to listen?
As we deepen into stillness, we explore silence, presence, deep listening, equanimity, intuition, and discernment.
Through longer meditation, intentional silence, and relational practice, we listen more closely—to the movements of the mind, the wisdom of the body, one another, and the quieter spaces within our experience.
I Embody
How does meditation become a way of living?
The practice moves beyond the cushion and into relationship, communication, decision-making, daily life, and the ways we hold space for ourselves and others.
We explore what it means to live the meditative mind—not as a state we perfect or maintain, but as a relationship we return to again and again through awareness, compassion, discernment, and conscious choice.
The Kundalini Yoga Approach to Meditation
Kundalini Yoga meditation often weaves together breath, mantra, mudra, movement, posture, sound, and visualization—giving us many ways to work with attention, energy, and awareness.
Rather than asking the mind to simply become quiet, the practice invites us into direct experience, where we can observe the mind, feel what is moving through the body, and begin to recognize the patterns shaping how we perceive and respond.
Over time, these practices can become a powerful way of meeting ourselves more honestly, loosening our identification with old stories, and creating space for greater presence, discernment, and conscious choice.
